we had fun fishing on grave creek this weekend. johanna loved playing with rocks and following swimming frogs from the bank. "creek stompin'" my dad always called it. and its just as fun as i remember from the farm in 84.
we are so thankful for johanna growing up with such an outstanding extended family. we grow more impressed every year with how johanna's cousins are maturing and growing into such inspiring influences for her. thanks for a great week to the cuffe aunties and uncles! we appreciate all your hard work. you are true brothers and sisters to us... no more "in-laws"!
life is good at camp cuffe. we've had lots of fun times with our brothers and sisters and lots of fun cousins for johanna. they helped us clean, decorate and make some wonderful memories in our dream house. here's just a few pictures, lots more to come!
sunday morning we woke up to see we had an unwanted visitor. there were large mountain lion tracks on bob's truck and some of johanna toys were chewed on and played with. average tracks are 3-4 inches across... ours were 4 1/2 inches!
oh boy, has it been busy around camp cuffe! we are shooting for a july 1st move in date. it has been a lot of hard work and we are getting close. thanks so much to gigi and grandpa hamilton for coming out to help. we tiled 600 sq feet of tile, a concrete counter and a gorgeous master shower in 10 days.
