johanna's walk today...

here's the new spring version of johanna's walk with mama and tessa, we love to walk together. first bear tracks of the year on the road this week. mud puddles are drying up and the snow is finally melting out in the mountains. thanks cousin hudson for the beautiful blue coat!

Johanna's Big Girl Friends

Johanna and I have been volunteering all year at an afterschool program at our church for 1st through 4th grades. She has really formed friendships, the kids are so sweet to her. They have given her thier school pictures and love playing with her every week.

this is our great room, wood box in the closet beside the wood stove and the view through our french doors from our bed! we'll have a sleeping porch outside where we can roll our bed out and sleep under the stars nestled in the mountains.

this is our friend michelle from turner mountain. she brings johanna toys, shares her lunch with her and has even offered to hang out with johanna so bob and i can ski together. we would not have even met this new friend if not for our friendly little girl. (notice that michelle even wrote the article!)
